
About Counselling
You may seek counselling if you are feeling troubled or when life is difficult. This may be due to problems in a relationship, the loss of a loved one, anxiety or stress, or feeling a sense of unhappiness. Talking to a trained counsellor is a way of helping you to explore these difficulties, to understand your life and to make changes.

My work involves both short and long-term counselling. The number of sessions will depend on the reason why you are seeking counselling.
- I offer daytime and evening sessions lasting 50 minutes.
- The fee is £40 per session with a small number of concessionary places.
- I ask for 24 hours notice for the cancellation of a session.
